We hope you're delighted with your order. If you're not perfectly satisfied, you have 28 days from receiving your order to return and send it back to us.
To ensure your purchase is eligible and covered for return, please read our returns policy carefully.
- Items must be returned to us in perfect condition, without having been worn, washed or altered, with all Elyse Body and brand tags still attached.
- Items with Elyse Body and brand tags must be returned with the tag in its original position.
- Briefs, bodysuits and swimwear must be tried on over your own underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip.
- We can only accept returns of cosmetics, adhesive products and hosiery if returned unused, unopened and in their original packaging with any seals intact.
Please take extra care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
HOW TO USE OUR FREE RETURNS SERVICE
Orders delivered within the UK can be returned free of charge via Royal Mail.

2. Carefully place your items back in the original packaging with the completed returns form enclosed with your order and securely seal the package.
3. Print and attach your pre-paid returns label securely to the box. If you don't have a printer, you can do this at the Post Office by presenting the QR code provided.
4. Take your parcel to your local Post Office or Royal Mail Customer Service Point. Please retain your receipt as proof as postage. You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.

3. Post your package to Elyse Body Returns, 12 Beastfair, Pontefract, West Yorkshire, WF8 1AW, United Kingdom. Unfortunately, Elyse Body cannot cover the cost of International returns, therefore you will need to initiate the return with your local postal courier. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot take responsibility for any lost items and obtaining proof of postage for your own records.

Successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method. The original delivery charges will not be refunded. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item and then place a new order.
